We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include all manuals or accessories that came with your equipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
